Molina Pizze & Polpette
Inspired by recipes from Italy’s Old County, Molina Pizze offers a simple menu made from the finest, freshest ingredients. The owners are the sons and daughters of immigrants, and they take pride in honoring their ancestors’ journey to America. In the kitchen, the chefs prepare a New Haven-style pizza with a lighter, crispier crust. They bake the pies to perfection at more than 700 degrees. Signature choices include Spicy Pep, Mama’s Meatball, and Hot Honey Chicken.
Amano Taco is an artisanal taqueria featuring authentic recipes from Morelos. The chefs add their own twist and serve dishes unlike anything you’ve ever had before. They begin their day early to prepare six different house-made salsas ranging from no spice to spicy. The salsa and chips are the perfect start to any meal, and the tacos are superb.
Little Baby’s Ice Cream
Born in Philadelphia, Little Baby’s offers unique flavors made in small batches. The owners are former musicians who created a company that would serve as the nexus between their past and present creative lives. They recognize ice cream as a catalyst for joyful diversion and use 16 percent butterfat dairy from local, grass-fed cows. Flavors include Ants on a Log, Irish Potato, and Carrot Cake Man.
